A working day, not a slideshow
Every table row and card opens a detail panel you can act in. Follow the six steps below the way a CoilRig operator would, or just click into anything that looks interesting — nothing here is a dead end.
Start your day on the Dashboard
The morning glance: what’s on the floor, what’s on rental, what money is committed, and what needs attention today.
- Read the “Needs attention” feed — overdue builds, on-hold jobs and late POs in one list
- Click the “Components / rig” card to jump straight into the bill of materials
Run a build job
You have 7 rigs in build. Click any job to open it, then move it through the workshop as work completes.
- Click a row to open the job, then hit “Advance to …” to push it to the next stage (it saves live)
- Use “New build job” to open a work order — try saving with an empty customer to see validation
- Open a job → Edit to change the stage, value or progress
Open the rig’s bill of materials
The CTEnergy850 is 3,969 components deep. Expand it the way an engineer thinks — system → sub-assembly → part.
- Expand “Coiled Tubing Injector Head”, then click a part to inspect its supplier, cost and stock
- Hit “Single-source risk” to see the parts with only one supplier — the engine, BOP and injector chain
- Search “valve” to find any part across the whole rig instantly
Check stock before you commit
Stores and reorder points for every purchased part, with single-source parts flagged so you know where the risk sits.
- Toggle “Below reorder” to see what needs ordering
- Click a low part to see the suggested order quantity
Work with a supplier
All 200 suppliers, filterable by trade — plus the purchase orders feeding each build.
- Click a supplier to see exactly which parts they supply and their recent POs
- Switch to “Purchase Orders”, filter to “Overdue”, and open one to see the linked build job
Keep the field fleet running
Every rig you’ve sold, rented or have in for service — with utilisation, day-rates and what’s due.
- Click a rig card to see its service history
- Open the “Service jobs” tab and click a breakdown to see the detail
